Yuval

Yuval was born in 1972 on Moshav Beit-Yehoshua, a small agricultural semi-communal village in the center of Israel. He graduated from Sulam Zur High school and was already active in the youth movement at this time,later on volunteering as a guide for a year prior to his army service. He served in Nizana, a small village in southern Israel whose community helps educate troubled youth. Yuval continued his army service as a combat soldier in a special engineering commando unit, and then traveled abroad thereafter, returning with English at a mother tongue level. Yuval enrolled at Beit-Berl College and began his studies toward a B.ED Degree in Education, the Land of Israel Studies and Tour Guide Certification. During those four years, he began work as a tour guide for SPNI (The Society for the Preservation of Nature in Israel). After graduation, Yuval continued to work for SPNI as Educational Director, and than commenced working as a tour guide with several companies such as Archeological Seminars, NFTY, the Canada-Israel Experience and various Birthright groups & Bar/Bat Mitzvah tours. He has acquired an MBA, and has served as the Director of the Tour Guide Course at the Beit Berl College since 2008. Yuval is licensed and insured to drive various tourist vehicles, and he lives near Tel Aviv.
